Noone classes as a "Legacy Player". Certain items will count as Legacy items, like the BMW, which is not accounted for in the calculation if I understood it correctly.

Overall, I'm not on board with the whole economy wipe - particularly the taxation amounts seem really excessive, I for example would go down from roughly 2.5 million to 400k.

But the dynamic economy thing also sounds cool, and a rework of the "donation" system was way overdue. Can't say I'm not excited.

yeah the whole point is everyone starts at a similar point. silly joe joe's wallet for example is completely unbeatable at the moment, but after economy reset it will be slightly more beatable.
