It's not about returning to the same place.
You returned to the same RAID within five minutes, it doesn't matter that the President was died, the raid was still in action as they were attempting to escape the nexus. You broke NLR, simple. If you die in a raid, you wait at spawn or leave the nexus, you do not run back towards the raid and then use getting shot as an excuse to get back involved without waiting five minutes. Denied.

Although this is an old thread, the ban will be removed from record. This is a problem in our rules and I realize this. The NLR a little vague. I'm working on an update in the rules, which will make much more sense, without adding tens of rules extra.
