After reviewing closely, I have concluded that the suspension itself does have a point to it, although, seeing as you (Jokhah) had a target and a sufficient reason to breach with your shotgun, the ban was deemed to be wrongful in this particular case.
No, shooting weapons into crowds, hitting people in a crossfire is under no circumstances acceptable if you have a way of helping it; for an example kicking off or partaking in firefights in public space, including the streets. As far as the details provide, complicated close-quarter crossfire was involved in the reasoning behind the hitting of innocent people. Including that it was kicked off inside a property, and the property was breached with a sufficient reason, that is the final case resolution.
