When player interracts with secretary, store the ent as variable. In order for healing to start, player must send valid ent to server. Serverside now validates ent, ent class and player distance from ent is <256 units. This prevents an exploit whereby a user with cslua bypass can remotely heal from anywhere, e.g. during raids/fights.

They broke during maintenance and caused infinite loading anyway, will be fixed at some point and added back.
