Ingame veteran type is no longer dependent on the veteran rank. This means that team members (ie. contributors) who are also veterans will continue to properly recieve their veteran benefits.

It used to spam errors in console, it now gives users an actual warning they've attempted something it can't do.

Previously, only new packages would skip a removal command, so overlapping packages would be removed at the earliest date, not the latest date. This isn't normally an issue with tebex, but it is with manually assigned packages.
