Title of Bug: MP5 speedcrouch

Description: 
Crouching and walking whilst aiming down sights with theMP5 with the stock removed makes you move faster than you do without the weapon out.

Evidence: 
I’ll try getting video of it but for now you can try it by putting no stock on the MP5.

Steps to reproduce: 
- Equip an MP5 and stock attachments
- Put on “no stock”
- Crouch, walk forward, then pull out the MP5 with no stock, aim down sights and do it again.
