well im bored and blackdog was showing me some of his snaps from fallout .. and me being me had to modify one, so i decided to make a contest out of it,
its simple all you have to do is find a screenshot from only or use your own, and modify it, be sure to post the before and after.
best one i will give them hmm how about 10k in-game
heres my simple one *need to view fullsize to spot the hidden stuff!*
