Summary of the incident
He shot an injured guy as seen in the first part of the video.
The second part of the video he just knocks me out for no reason at all I was just walking to get back into my Restaurant. Peanut was there for the second part and also saw what happened.

The accused player violates the following rules
  • [2.4] Do not do unrealistic things out of context (FailRP). This includes things such as floating bathtubs and unrealistic car colors unless there is an RP reason.
  • [3.1] Do not harm/kill people randomly (RDM); you must have a valid roleplay reason.
  • [3.1a] Violence should always be the last option.
