Summary of the incident
First, I was RP'ing as a police officer. He showed up, punctured both mine and his own tyres and left. I demoted him as I was the Sergeant.
Then, he made himself president and forced me to come to his offices and told me to "get down on my knees." As I refused OOC, he demoted me from Sergeant.
