32 - bit Operating System
NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GS

I have no idea what this stuff means but shouldn't it run with all this? Please help it even lags on Low quality!

I checked requirements for Skyrim and with those setup you should be able to play it at Medium/Low so I have no idea why you have bad lag in it :/
