Summary of the incident
So, I was walking down the alley behind Tides Hotel as seen in the evidence video. I wasn't really paying attention to the game. All of a sudden I hear a sniper being fired, and as I look at my screen I see that I have been killed. I was a rebel, and so was he. I hadn't done anything to provoke anyone, let alone a rebel. That's really it.

The Stickleback clearly and blatantly committed RDM here, there's no reason as to why it should of happened at all.

Due to his previous record, a 4 hour weapons blacklist shall be issued, as his growing record at such low hours is concerning.
