1.7 You cannot be discriminatory out of character in any form, doing so will result in a harsh punishment. You can do this in character with an intricate roleplay reason, however it will require consent from all members of the RP or Admin permission.

Due to a recent PR, this user has been harrasing me. After wandering around nexus giving me abuse, I told him to leave or be arrested. Since he returned 5 minutes later I attempted to arrest him. During the arrest the user told me to "shut your fucking (homephobic slur begining with an F) mouth". This homophobia should not be tolerated on fearless. This user also took this vile, derogatory, behaviour to the OOC chat.

Also, during the arrest the user screamed "ok kill me, come on, kill me" which is clearly breaking fearRP
