Summary of the incident
I joined the server and waited out my 3 minute prison sentence, I think it was RoCkY who arrested me a few hours prior but I disconnected as I was going off anyway and you're allowed to do that. Anyways, I don't have have footage of me joining the server to prove that I had only just joined in the clip, that's your job to check the logs I assume since you ask for the time. The clip has a cut towards the beginning when I tabbed out for my own privacy.

I joined the server, waited out my prison sentence, spawned my car, drove it around, saw my friend in the BMW and we had some road rage where I tried to hit him side on at Mainstreet and then this guy picks up my car with a prop and flings it. I walked up to him and he changed jobs. I walked to civ spawn to ask him why he did it and he trapped me in a prop cage with his advanced duplicator and every time I managed to escape it with a chair/changing to a worker job he trapped me in another one; that isn't powergaming before he starts and even if it is it's not his job to trap people in cages because they changed jobs to get out of his cages. Anyone else would be banned for backseat admin but this guy.
I don't have any more recorded footage as I was told by other players they were recording him and I didn't see any reason why their recordings wouldn't be successful in getting him banned as the evidence is damning.
So my accusation is that he is lying in courthouse in that the players he was targeting were propminges etc as I just joined the server and he was sat waiting in civ spawn for others who joined to trap them too.
I'd like to ask that anyone other than Kipsee deals with this PR as I've had issues with him in the past when it comes to a conflict of interest with him helping his friend in a similar situation where I could here my accusers and him talking together on Discord through their microphones.
