Summary of the incident
The dude keeps mass cdming. You can ask anyone in the government who is on right now, they'll approve. He finally got caught and he rejoined to avoid the arrest. If you think my evidence isn't enough proof for the things he's done, you can come on the server right now and people in the government can approve.
I also want to make it clear, he isn't accidentally CDMing. He's been running people over for the past 10 minutes.
I understand I don't choose the punishments, but you should give him a 1-2 day car blacklist for the outrageous amount of people he's killed.
Evidence
I do not have my own evidence right now as I was not recording at the time, however I'm going to ask to keep this thread open as I'm sure I'll catch him doing it again, also I have lots of witnesses. Lewwings is a pretty big one.
