Title of Bug: Prop owner not showing up

Description: 
Yesterday I noticed that the name of a prop owner no longer shows up. It used to show up in the top left part of the screen, but it no longer does.
When I asked about it in OOC, some players said they also have the same issue, but others said it was fine.
I first noticed it yesterday, but it was happening today as well, so restarting the game doesn't fix it.

Hmm, really weird how it affects certain players, but other players are just fine. It's still happening to me for some reason, no clue why. I didn't change anything, it was just gone.

Yeah same. It randomly started showing up again.
I don't see any bug fixes in the changelog, so not sure how it got fixed.

Hopefully it stays like that.

A gmod update broke it in the first place, I'll leave this open for now pending further investigation.
