Summary of the incident
Accused randomly ran up to my car and tried to shoot the tires out as SWAT. He then stole my car and drove it into the ocean. (unfortunately, footage corrupted of this and I wasn't near my car as an officer randomly tased me.) I'm sure it would be in the logs if checked, was about 03:37 GMT. (11:37PM EST)
