The Incident: We were having Government RP and Clash joined the SRU as Commander. He then started to get racist and toxic and started to RDM and CDM multiple Players like Ryan Stealth and a fellow officer whos name I dont remember.Then he went to spawn and tazed and handcuffed a gundealer he just killed. After we demoted him from SRU he got mad and killed the president then became the president himself and started false demoting all of us. We tried to get him to stop but he refused and just continued to curse at us.

I wasn't being racist, I arrested this guy because he was legit mass rdming over and over and over. I understand I can't do that but I am not going to let the whole server get rdmed like that, I've seen many people do that too and honestly I think it's justified if the guy is making it unplayable, which he was.

I never killed the president, I don't know where you got that from. I became the president a while after being demoted and demoted several officers that refused to attend a meeting, the ones who went to the meeting were not demoted.

Can confirm he CDM'd me as a police officer while he was SRU, and instead of calling a paramedic he shotgunned me while unconcious as you can see in the first video. Also false demoted after calling a meeting with 20 seconds notice and immediatly demoting me and others despite the fact we told him there was an active shooter situtaion at villas that we were undertaking.

I explained it was an accident when you brought it up in OOC, I made it pretty clear. Most times people don't mind when you accidentally run people over and I did try and call a paramedic.
