Title of Suggestion: "Under review" section for Bugs

Description
Pretty self-explanatory.

Why?
Three pages of bug reports appear like little to none care is taken of them, especially for people who are not interested in reading every single report. Adding such a section will show players their reports are not a waste a time, but actually reviewed.
