Hi, I would also like to add my point of view of this. It started out fine, but they started getting angry and kept breaking nlr just to raid our base. Then they decided to propblock us in our base because we kept 'rdming' them and "that's what happens we don't play along you stupid F***king B****rd". Replied by them but we were simply defending our base from what felt like an infinite amount of cops raiding us which tbh I don't mind but the whole nasty attitude and prop blocking really soured the mood. Here is also my video down below

I would also like to drop my 2 cents here as well with them RDMing me twice, and breaking NLR to get vengeance on a guy who killed them right as I about to get arrested. The video is rendering at the moment and will take about a few hours because the software loves to crash. I'll post the video here once it's finished.

Hey D Castiel and all other involved,

Thanks for gathering so much evidence together that helps to get a clear verdict on this case.

First of all, Tilla The Gypo Killa was prop blocking vehicles, the base and breaking NLR in the first video.

In the second video, Tilla The Gypo Killa was rdming three people then breaking NLR and revenge RDMing the person.
(Can also already be seen as mass RDM with the fourth kill after he was shot)

To sum up, he was breaking NLR multiple times in different cases, mass RDMing and prop blocking vehicles and buildings.

I will issue multiple blacklists with different lenghts for each violations as this player is quite new to the server.
If there's anything to add then please let me know in a forum PM.
