As you can see at the end once you actually had me at gunpoint I did stop and you did arrest me and the only reason I mugged you was cause my friend was going to kill you so I decided to just take the money and send you away instead of having you killed and that was the only way for me to get him to let you go.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to submit this player report.
I would like you to provide the context of the situation that happened during the mugging before I continue with this report.
Best regards,

Thank you, I would like to hear brave_soldier's side of the story as well.
I'd like to know the reasoning behind the police chase and what your background roleplay was.
Regards,

Thank you for providing more context to the situations. After reviewing the case I have come to the conclusion that Pacman did in-fact violate the server rules, however, I do not believe his actions justify a punishment. Instead, I feel a warning is more fitting.
As a criminal getting chased by the police I cannot see any justification, in this case, as to why you would get out your car with a weapon and mug the officer. Instead, you could have found another alternative way out of the situation, by finding a safer way of fleeing or just simply have pulled over, as from what I understand you were only getting pulled over due to speeding, this shouldn't warrant a gun being pulled out on someone.
In the second section of the video, you had more than enough chances to comply with the officer pointing a gun at you, instead, you decided to drive off and run away. However, at the end of the video, I can clearly see you start to comply with the demands given.
In the future, I urge you to follow FearRP properly next time and find alternative, roleplay friendly ways, out of similar situations you may find yourself in rather than resorting to violence.
Best Regards,
