Title of Suggestion: Veteran Post Timer
Description
Remove the time delay between posts for Veterans.
Why?
It's quite annoying for anyone, like myself, that open various threads I'm interested in, reply, close it and move onto the next only to be hit with a 30/40 second timer (not sure how long it actually is) before I can post again.
It's less likely to be abused, and in all honesty, it's very easy to moderate on the forum.
