Summary of the incident
We held a cop car under gun point.
Then Nyander and luna. got out (Nyander with a gun). Some seconds later luna. also pulls out a gun.

Nyander got out of the car when he saw you friend with his gun already drawn, it is then a standoff where everyone has their guns pulled. As for Luna they got out of the car and didn’t see you, saw their colleague face to face with a gunman (both having guns pulled) and before they even had a chance to drop their gun as per you command you shot. No action will be taken for this situation.
