Title of Suggestion: Customizable LED screens
Description
Adds a customizable LED screen to display text, which can be either static or scrolling. Includes the ability to control the speed and color of the text, with further options being worked on.
Why?
The LED screens are a great way to display text. They fit in better than the 3D2D textscreens, as they are smaller and less obnoxious to look at. They work better than letter props for various things, and despite their small size, they allow for a lot of text with the scrolling effect. The LED screens are actually props, so you can manipulate them easily and even attach them to moving things using the parent tool.
There is a message board on the server, but it's a car trailer that is quite big, so using it for buildings is quite hard. It serves its purpose better as a roadside sign, while the LED screen works as a text screen for buildings and stores. For most RP builds, the LED screen would fit a lot better.
Also since they are props they can be turned into permanent props if there happens to be a need to do so.
