Title of Suggestion: Mining Rules
Description
Since the update has been released people started enclosing rock spawn locations with fences, thus other people cannot access them and mine the rocks.
Why?
In my opinion, it is unfair to claim a land that is not yours and not let people mine the rocks that spawn there. There are plenty of spawn locations and there is no point doing such things. There should be a rule which does not allow players to enclose a rock spawn area just for their personal use!
