Summary of the incident
So basically i have a video which shows him breaking, Fear RP, leaving to avoid arrest. He also broke nlr but i didn't have him dying before on record. Hope that is enough evidence of him breaking the rules. Also we shot him as he broke nlr and he tried to take a vehicle which was taking an officer car!

This PR has been approved on the grounds of DC’ing to avoid arrest. You and your fellow officers really need to not use such excessive force in future, there was no need for the majority of the shots fired there.
