Both users entered the hospital as mechanics where an RP was taking place, Where user Blackblade began interrupting a medical examination, after many attempts at asking the user to leave, the paramedic was forced to call for police assistance, This resulted in the mechanic equipping a weapon and begin shooting the paramedic rapidly as seen in the video. After the shooting began, the other user (Obunga) who is also a mechanic is shown on the footage firing a weapon also. I believe both users broke rules 2.4, 3.1a & 3.1. 
I normally take low hours into consideration before posting a PR, however, these users severely interrupted a roleplay scenario by showing complete disregard for the rules.

Both users were using weapons as mechanics and we’re RDM’ing. Due to their low hours the punishment won’t be too harsh, however one will still be put in place. This is in breach of 3.1 and 3.3 to say the least.
