I demand a refund as I can no longer use the item 'RV' despite when I bought it believing I could use this item unconditionally unless I already had a vehicle spawned.
I however will not ask for a refund if I am given permission to drive the Recreational Vehicle as I will not minge or break rules using this vehicle.

Hi Bobby,
I’m almost certain it is impossible to have exemptions from any RPP requirement, so this part of your request isn’t possible.
On the other hand I believe there is a possibility of a refund as you can no longer use the vehicle and it’s value will be much less as a result of the RPP requirement. You will need to wait for an admin to respond though in relation to any refunds as I cannot help you any further here.
