About us:

Blackwater Agency, or commonly referred to as B.W.A. Is a multi-purpose agency built around helping the citizens of Evocity. Our main objective is working alongside the government to ensure the city remains a safe environment for all. Our goal is to make sure every citizen can live life peacefully.

The agency is not only built around the government, but Blackwater has open places to create a better economy globally. Currently, we have many hotels and stores worldwide that have created many jobs and proper dwellings for people in need under the protection of Blackwater.

Our agency has many different branches such as; Protection, Research, Military, and Civil. These four branches are the reason why we are so successful. They have allowed us to complete many successful operations in different cities and have gained us the solid reputation we have today.

Our Agency is backed by the Shadow Associates Agency which takes place in another city after leaving Evocity years ago. They have provided a lot of support and funding for our operations.

History:

The agency was founded in 2014 by Antonio Marino after a very widely know agency, the Shadow Associates Agency bought the agency because it was no longer stable in terms of money. The name was bought under the S.A.A. and never used until Antonio decided to make the name useful by using the name, but changing up the type of agency it once was.

After speaking with John Marston, the agencies name was handed over to Antonio and was used ever since. Over the years the agency has been growing and expanding in many different areas.

Chain of Command:

The positions inside the agency are there for a reason and should be respected when it comes to the chain of command. We strive to make sure each rank serves a purpose in every branch.

CLASS A

Director - The official founder of Blackwater Agency who overlooks the company to make sure everything is running smoothly. The director gets the final say in everything and will be involved in private discussions.

Chief of Staff - A very highly placed position within the agency. They will work very closely with the director and be one to make the calls with him. This position will obtain the most classified operations or document that the agency has.

Head Advisor - Partakes in many classified conversations and will be the one assisting the Chief of Staff if he/she is in need. The Head Advisor is allowed to promote or demote a member after consulting the director first.

Advisor - Is allowed to suggest promotions and demotions and will be allowed to know some classified information if it is handed down. The advisor overlooks and manages the agents to make sure they're performing to the best of their ability.

CLASS B

Human Resource Division - Having the responsibility to make sure all agents are on task and performing effectively. They will be in charge to find potential candidates and recruit members who they think are eligible for the agency.

Inspection Division - Our agents acting professionally is very important to us. The Inspection Division will be inspecting all agents and reporting back to a higher up. Their will be inspection days and all agents will be required to perform open ranks and show their training to the Inspector.

Finance and Facilities Division - Agents that know how to design and construct buildings. This is a very important position in the agency as not only do they help out with infrastructure but also make sure the company income is being managed in the correct matter.

Security Division - The main task for this division is to provide security when a building that requires it is up. They will accompany all Class A ranks as that is their main objective unless instructed otherwise.

CLASS C

Field Supervisor - Involved with all operations to supervise every agent. This is the highest position an agent can get in the Class C division until seen fit to move into the Class B division. Managing all agents is very important and is a big responsibility to have.

Head Agent - Manages the agents and commands them when performing any sort of professional business. While being the Head Agent, they are allowed to recommend promotions and demotions and consult with the Advisor

Field Agent - Regular rank in the agency and is striving every day to prove themselves. As an agent, you will perform many tasks that will keep you busy and useful to everyone in Evocity.

Trainee - This is the starting rank in the agency. They will be constantly monitored and promoted when training is complete and seem to understand all rules in guidelines in the handbook.

Protection:

Blackwater is well known for running its protection division in terms of protection the president. We run very advanced operations to make sure we can do everything in our power to ensure the safety of the president. Having some of the most structural advanced buildings allows us to advertise Blackwater, but also create very thick walls of concrete that will take any sort of terrorist group a very long extended period of time to get through.

Research:

Blackwater is one of the most technologically advanced agency in the world. This is due to the time and money we put into our research facilities. We develop weapons, defenses, and other classified inventions and implement them into our day to day lives. Inventions will soon be declassified to the public and announced to show the public what we currently have created to better everyone.

Military:

There comes a time where we need to implement our military division only when it's needed. If the government requires our attention, we will put all hands on deck and make sure that we arm up our men and women and deploy out to any officers in assistants. Any lives that are severely put in danger will cause us to initiate this division.

Civil:

This is the branch that focuses on ensuring the economy of Evocity by deploying our building facilities to be used as stores. Many of our stores will be found on the main street and serve a primary purpose to better the citizens and allow the money earned from the stores add to our company bank account to allow us to grow stronger as one.

Our agency is looking for members who can help make us grow. We do not back down, and we do not give up. We show everyone that we deserve to be where we are and will continue providing for the city at least three times a week with many different types of operations.

Also be active, always be alert. It's time Blackwater shows everyone who we are, and why we have earned the professional title we earned many years ago.
