Hey everyone,
Today I bring a small update for you. This update includes a new tow truck, changes to the toolbox and restart timers.
Tow Truck

The tow truck is fully functional, meaning you can pick up cars and transport them. To transport a car, you would go up to the car (and it must be unlocked) and type /tow. The car will then go on to back of the tow truck. The blinkers will be automatically turned on and the handbrake will be released. To release the car, you can do /tow again when looking at the car and the car will go down, and slowly reverse back.
Cost of the Tow Truck: $1000
Available to: Mechanics only (job locked vehicle)

Changes to the toolbox
There is also a small change to the toolboxes. In this update, toolboxes only repair 15% at a time. A car can only be repaired up to 15% if there is a mechanic online. (car cannot be repaired for more than 15%) However, if there is no mechanic online, you can only repair up to 30%. (2 toolboxes)
Toolboxes now only repair 15% at a time and still cost $1000.
Restart timer change
There has been a change to the restart timer. Restarts will only occur at 11:55 and 23:55, instead of the old 8 hours. It will still refund contraband and have a 5 minute timer.
Refuelling changes
You can now refuel cars, even if you do not have vehicle access, as it makes sense and could also add more to chop shop roleplay.

Crashes happen constantly IRL, so it makes sense. If someone does it on purpose then make an @ call, admins can set your vehicle HP!
