Summary of the incident
- FailRP as mechanic
- Constant cop baiting
- Breaking FearRP
- Breaking NLR
- RC to get car back

Those are the only two videos I was able to capture as evidence.
However this continued for hours, he always:
- baited the cops into a pursuit
- crashed or got arrested in the end
- reconnected to get his car back
- repaired his own car as mechanic
- started again

Evidence (Explanation):

1) First Clip
After an ongoing pursuit, we finally managed to force him to stop.
He refused to get out of his car while being under 3 gunpoints.
He even started trolling by quickly jumping out and then getting back in.


2) Second Clip
Here you can see another ongoing pursuit. I could not place my spikestrip in time,
so I chased him. Soon after he exploded at Connectivity Road. I then responded
to another call, which I disregarded later on. I returned to Connectivity Road and
saw him drive off in his car. He must have waited less than 1 minute. Clear breakage of NLR.

Upon reviewing the evidence to hand, I can conclude that multiple rules have indeed once again been broken. Unfortunately, it saddens me to say that this is certainly not the first time rules like this have been broken, with exactly the same circumstances. Warnings have been given by me personally and other staff. I find it difficult to be lenient towards the accused player at this stage. I will be issuing more ban time (player is already banned) for FailRP, FearRP and NLR.
