Summary of the incident
While Streaming I was A cop responding to a call of a speeding Golf, after getting permission to use lethal force to stop the speeding car from running over any more people. I shot and killed him. Leaving his car where it was and the passage who was his "aid".
After being killed he came back and broke NLR and took his car, after doing so he was being chased again by another cop. ran and hit my blockaid with the spikes. Drove back to the city and ran over his "aid" who we handcuffed and was going to arrest.
