Summary of the incident
Over the course of the last two weeks, I have received harassment from Twingle. The evidence for that has been corrupted. However, I have compiled a few clips from the last two days. The users involved are Twingle and Charls Carroll. I have asked a few members of staff if I should post a PR with all the situations in one and they gave me the go ahead. On most of the occasions, I have had them come up to me and insult me, mock me and various other things to annoy me. They have insulted me in OOC. Twingle was warned by Kippsee to stop the harassing but he seems to continue despite the warning. In the first two clips you can see there is clear FearRP breakage.

I didn't know I was harrasing and won't do it again but I don't see how asking someone to stop moving is harassment? You harrased me if anything.

I have been witness to a majority of the evidence provided AND previous harassment by Twingle towards TheRealSparks, it may seem like it is them just saying orders BUT it’s intent as far as I could see was to mock and annoy TheRealSparks every time it was said. It is everyday on the server this has been occurring recently, it’s harassment!

The intent is clear like Panda said, your one mission is to annoy me out of spite for something I did. I am simply trying to play the game and have fun. You try and ruin that for me. I can be dealing with a completely different situation to what you are involved in and you just run across to shout and mock me whilst having absolutely nothing to do with you. At first, it was ignorable but now it's just a piss take but it being constant where ever I am.

Your seem to be too sensitive to be playing video games, then, try saying something that doesn't make you distinguishable and prone to getting droned.
