Stuck on Loading screen, but in the game.

Hi.

So Loading up the game and it goes to Sending client info, and gets stuck there, but I am actually in the game, If i click I will hear the punching sound, I can hear other players and cars.

Any help will be most appreciated.

UPDATE

Just restarted the game and now It gets to the 'WORKSHOP COMPLETE' bit and then like 2 minutes later it crashes.

Oh and before anyone says, reinstall game, reinstall addons (workshop) already done it as literally today I have completely reinstalled my computer due to an unrelated problem.

Make sure that your computer isn't working at %100(Open your task manager and check out the CPU and Memory percent) the solution for it is to close down some programs. If it isn't working at %100 then make sure your game cache is verified.(Right click on Garry's Mod in steam, click Properties-Local Files then click 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'. If you have too many addons unsubscribe from them and only install the FL addons. If all those don't work then go to properties again click 'Set Launch options' in 'General' then type in -dxlevel 85-90-95(only one of the numbers tho. Usually 95 works, just try all of them) If that doesn't work too then open up Garry's Mod-Options-Multiplayer and then set the custom content thing to 'Only Allow Map Files' or 'Do not allow any custom files' and install all the addons of FL from the workshop manually. In Help&Support section there is also a thread called 'Known problems and how to fix them' and your problem takes place there. Here is the quote for it:

For some people Gmod crashes when extracting the workshop addons. This can be solved by disabling all files to be downloaded from server in the Options.
Subscribe to the content manually. For the links check the 'Everything you need to play on the server' topic.
