Title of Suggestion: Rescue Suburban

Description
Making the Unmarked/Marked Police Suburban accessible (spawnable) to paramedics and firefighters.

Why?
- It would add realism to these two jobs;
- It would give Paramedics and Firefighters a wider choice of vehicles to use (you can use the civilian charger modified with the bullbar and the lights, the unmarked suburban colored red or white and the ambulance/fire engine);
- It would make new RP ideas possible, for example "Fast Response Paramedic" or "Fire Dept. Search & Rescue".
