ok so basically I lost about 7 million on the darkrp server from last time I was on.
I had over 7 million when I used to play it a lot with my brother and managed to get around 15 million.
I dont have a screenshot of me with 15 million but i do have one from a few days before

I'm sure a member of staff who has access to deal with refunds will arrive soon.
However, how did you loose 7 million?

Im not too sure, i played it last quite a while ago but i think it could've been from a crash

In the mean time, please may you provide the date and time of when this screenshot is taken. This can be done by right clicking on the image and selecting properties;
