Well this is a good idea for more rp and also will stop minge pm'ing when captured or hostage. Yes the links i have put are buddy finders but you can remove the teleport inside the folder and make it only Pm'ing.

When people are captured they Pm alot to get mates to come get em but if this is sorted they cant because it will be impossable because they dont have the phone out.

If you would like /radio to be inside the phone aswell i could try sorting that out if needed

It's a pretty good idea. Put radio inside it. With request and all other ways of communicating too. Because if your hostaged with rope, you can't use it

The main reason i put this is because time and time again i started a hostage in a hidden place a few seconds- mins later there mates pop up and shoot me and he got em to him by Pm

We could make something like on Perp, that u need to buy a phone if u want to call Police etc.
