After examining the evidence as well as reading through your responses I can come to the conclusion that Coffee did infact violate the rule inciting that 'Violence should always be the last option', if an arrest was desired the accused had plenty of time to do so however left the suspect and began to open fire upon their exit. There were infact plenty of other ways the accused could have dealt with this and shooting the vehicle was not the correct option as up until that point the player had not inflicted damage nor caused danger to anyones life.
