ive noticed this happens mostly at random, not just with sru models but with any model.

Yeah, pretty sure it's caused by packet loss between the server and client meaning the positions of the players are different on your computer than what the server thinks, this allows you to be inside other people for a short amount of time (giggity). I found it fixes itself after a few seconds, maybe check your packet loss next time it happens using net graph and see if you spot any spikes.
