Title of suggestion: Add 'Unofficial' 'Official' and 'Recruiting' prefixes to Clan Sections (or perhaps also Groups)

Description: Adding prefixes that users can select when creating their clan thread to provide quick and easy visibility. 

Why: It allows for clan threads to actually have a visible title on the main forum page (just like Suggestions) 

and it also shows a more visible identity as to whether they are official/unofficial or recruiting. Currently, you cannot even see the clan names of certain clans if they have [Unofficial] written in front of their name, so it is sometimes hard to know whether a clan of your interest has posted a new announcement/post. Please leave reasons for
