5 minute doors

Description:
A 5 minute grace period after a player leaves the server, where the door can't be bought by anyone and is still entitled to the owner. After the 5 minutes are over, you would be able to buy the door. Durring the 5 minutes, all settings applied, such as clan access stay.
Police would be able to ram the door without a warrant in this 5 minute, still rules apply, they can't just randomly search it. This is just so it can't be abused the door to stay locked. As well as you will still be able to lockpick it and etc.

Why:

The gamemode is unstable and crashes happen all the time, so something should be made about doors so some situations are prevented, such as someone buying the door, even though there are people inside and props, or police raiding an unowned property. How it was before, if the player d/ced and reconnected, even though it said you can buy it, however if he connected, it was still his, so he didn't have to buy it again and again and again (It was something like this before).

I've seen it happen a couple times where a person crashes and they lose their base/shop for that, even though their props and everything is still in place.
