Summary: He approached me asking if he can buy my Mercedes, he wasn't happy with the price so he offered to trade his Lamborghini for my Mercedes. After I gave him my vehicle he just disconnected. He then rejoined saying it was a joke, and said he will give me my car back. He stalled for about an hour and once I got face to face, he said "oh my internet will go out" and "omg im lagging" yet his ping was 26. Few seconds later he disconnected and never joined back.

The steam ID is incorrect it seems.
Type his name into the steam ID finder here: https://www.fearlessrp.net/misc.php?page=steamid and edit the PR to have the right steam id, as otherwise, it doesn't function properly.
