Summary: GamingOfficial fabricated/tampered with his video evidence within his PR to cause a misleading point of view in a situation he was involved with in this case making it seem like the situation happened very quickly and he didnt have time to react. This is in accordance with the below rule.

5.  Fabricating or tampering with evidence with intent to mislead, and providing false statements is under zero tolerance - committing such violations will lead to a lengthy forum ban.

After being called out for this he admits to editing the video and uploads the correct version.

Well, this is funny too see. Lemme explain why I sped up the video. I have good internet but I do have a mid end cpu, keep in mind that this was rendered and uploaded very early in the morning and it would take longer and if i was to render the whole situation. I have also sped up video for reports in the past,

EDIT: Also if I did mess around with the evidence why would I then upload the full clip the next day?

Player did release unedited version but in the future should realease the raw version at first.
