How can I participate in agg rp and play Mario tennis at the same time?

I'll do my best to answer these, but ghost will probably do it better.

1) I personally just practice shooting as much as possible, aiming at the head or at least upper torso. Recently I have been using guns with low mag sizes such as galil and famas and that kind of forces me to aim better whether I want to or not as I have less bullets.

2) Best way is for someone to risk their life by rushing and breaching, making sure they breach the defense at the end of the corridor. Then gov need to medkit spam, throw a concussion or two and push whilst the people on 100% keep pushing. You don't want to hide or retreat unless you're on like 2% health so you can a few medkits.

2. I've seen this tactic very effective but what if it's police only nad no breaches?

No breaches = you can't win raid (unless you have exceptional accuracy and patience)

This was the only reason why I kept playing FL back in the days, I remember joining, meeting kula, prosto, random and some others, it was hilarious to raid and get raided in the parker building, where we had massive contra bases.

Honestly would be great if someone decided to do that. Would teach players a lot of rules and rp basics

It was great fun, with you and against you guys.

But yet again fearless acted and pissed off the player to the point he was perm banned because it was so picky against how Mike went about things!

I shoot third person for all of them. Only possible exception for them is SUPER CLOSE CQB but even then I still third person it.

Practice aim, simple as that. Trail and error keep doing it. Base in slums and keep killing cops.

You need to try and pick them off, try and AWP them so you can pop one of them and bring their numbers down. Rush with the riot shield and breach the front props. Then you need to get everyone with riot shields in front and rush. Then just kill um.

Trial and error, keep doing gunfights and win them, keep doing it.
