I would not call this scamming. It appears to me as though it was a misunderstanding which lead to nobody getting the originally agreed amount, something which nobody else seemed to have a problem with.
You received some monetary compensation afterwards for the confusion and were kicked out of the event for being mouthy.
No further action needed.
