Title of Bug: New third person

Description: When exiting a vehicle the new third person is forced on us despite when getting in the vehicle it being disabled.
Don't know if this is just an issue with my keyboard / me, but if I do FN + F5, F6, F7 (for skipping songs or pausing my music) the new third person enables (if it's required, the keyboard is a Razer Blackwidow Chroma)

It has been disabled until I can improve it, as i've received quite a bit of feedback so it has done its job as a beta test.
