Paramedic resupply on Sprinter van

Title of suggestion: Paramedic resupply on Sprinter van

Description: As you might have noticed, the ELS is enabled on Sprinter vans. There is the ambulance variant of the Sprinter van, but the problem is that you cannot resupply your medkit on it as a paramedic, as it doesn't count as an "ambulance".
This would enable the use of /resupply on the sprinter van, as otherwise there is no way to resupply your medkit, as you cannot do it at Nexus or anywhere else.

The only downside to this would be that you can resupply your medkit on normal sprinter vans, but there really isn't a way to abuse this, since it's just a medkit. Also seeing a normal sprinter van is quite rare, as they aren't the most common car used.

Why: You cannot resupply if you are using the Mercedes Sprinter van for paramedic RP. This means that your medkit will run out of juice and you can't charge it up. If it runs out far away from the city car parking area, then you are a bit screwed.
Also fixing this issue would make the Sprinter Van a more viable and interesting alternative to the traditional big and hard to turn ambulance. Also, it isn't a too big of a change, as the Sprinter van just needs to count as an "ambulance", which won't take resources away from other updates and changes.
