Password recovery issues

Hi, my friend is experiencing technical issues with the forums, he is unable to get a password recovery email despite being told he has been sent one, this is an ongoing issue and has been a problem for over a month, he asks if you can reset his password it get in touch with him via his email so he is able to talk to someone, as he has no response from the discord server

At this moment in time, you will need to contact Awestruck via Steam, Discord or the forums. He will then be able to manually sort the issue out. In the mean time, make sure to check any Spam/Junk folders that may have the email. Apologies for the long wait, I hope it gets sorted soon.

I had the same problem, it took awestruck well over a month to sort it out. Just keeping messaging him
