I believe the donator system is bugged, could an SA possibly assist me? I have the email receipt.

I have the same problem wonder if they can get it fixed and us get our donator statuses back?
Also RIP 10€ if they cant fix it wonder if they will refund them back to us if they dont get it working?

Ive gathered the SteamIDs who are owed moneypacks and donator statuses, I will begin to give them out.
