Calling someone a minge can have many meanings.

However, in this situation calling someone a minge is because they dont take RP seriously, break rules or just have fun probably too much for their own good which makes them look like theyre messing about.

Tomo would know, he used to call me a minge back in 2015-2016 everytime i spoke to him Wink.

People have been punished for less in the past, shit that can't be proved. Entirely depends on the staff member.
