Corleone/Rebel Associates - Voice/Text Radio update

Hello Everyone!

Today I have an exciting and much requested update ready to be released for you guys today!

I'm proud to announce Corleone and Rebel Associates alongside Text and Voice radio access for those with a red pass or associate status! This update has been quite tedious to make and has been tested a ton by us, hopefully there should be close to zero bugs!

Corleone/Rebel Associates

With this there has been the addition of five new commands, they are the following:

/associate - base command, will display how to use it

/associate add - Give associate status to another player

/associate remove - Remove associate status from another player

/associate listall - List all current players with associate status

/associate removeall - Remove all players who have associate status (useful for new leaders)

Giving associate status to a player will add some text below their name, just like gov passes.

Associates will gain team text/voice radio and team bypass on keypads!

Voice/Text Radio Update

Another much requested feature has been the ability for Government Workers with a red pass to be able to speak in the Government voice and text radio. I'm proud to announce that this is now possible with this update! There are no special commands or anything to be able to do this, just simply do /radio or G+X (default) to speak to your fellow Government Employees

This feature also applies for those with Associate Status. Those who have been granted Associate Status by either the Don Corleone or the Rebel Leader can now also use their team text and voice radio.

I know both of these updates have been highly demanded by you guys, so I really hope you will enjoy these two additions.
